2. Description of Service
Xwavy is an online platform that connects innovators with investors. We provide tools for innovators to list their ideas and for investors to discover and connect with those ideas. Xwavy acts as a facilitator only — we are not a party to any investment agreement, funding arrangement, or business deal made between users.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Idea Submissions
When you submit an idea to Xwavy, you represent that you own or have the right to share the content. You grant Xwavy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your submission on the platform. You retain ownership of your intellectual property. Xwavy does not claim ownership of any ideas submitted.
5. Investor Conduct
Investors using the platform agree to engage with innovators in good faith. Any investment discussions, due diligence, or agreements made between investors and innovators are solely between those parties. Xwavy is not responsible for the outcome of any investment discussions or transactions.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; spam or harass other users; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts; or use the platform for any purpose other than its intended use of connecting innovators and investors.
7. Intellectual Property
The Xwavy platform, including its design, logo, and content created by Xwavy, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
Xwavy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any ideas, investment opportunities, or claims made by users on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xwavy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Xwavy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
